The customer is an essential stakeholder in every company or business. So why don’t we keep track of them to build a better customer relationship? This projects aim is to build an app that allows a small to medium businesses to keep track of their customer information.

So while businesses build a database of customer, they can now know what each customer wants and make a decision based on it. They can now follow up customers who’ve already visited and provided the services they can offer.

Basically, this app lets customer enter their basic information and their reason to visit the office which is saved into the database.

The information from the database is displayed as a report for the business. So they are able to see who are their customers and allow them to build and maintain customer relationship. And most importantly make valuable decision for companys growth.
